The main idea for construction: submarine tunnel, ocean theater and performance area of ocean animals, specimen gallery, ocean livings gallery, audio-visual education program gallery of popular science, and entertainment and some other infrastructures; the project of Opera Theater (containing the conference center) --- meets the requirements of large-scale opera, symphonic concert, large-scale integrated art performance; the project of shopping mall---embodies the integrative companion service functions of leisure, health-improvement and entertainment, diet, shopping; the project of five-star platinic hotel---a place of high-standard residence, acceptance and large-scale conference. In addition, in the radiation area, it will build up the original industry assembly which has the collective effects, taking the movie and cartoon, network games, Ads making, cultural plan and spread and so on as the main body.
