Jingyue Development Area has good investment environment. In the construction of the hard environment: the development area has built two substations of 66,000 kilovolt-ampere and the power is enough; the distance control phone of the general installation volume of 60,000 switches has formed the communication network connecting the countries all over the world; it built pressure pumping plant supplying 30,000ton water everyday, laid water supply and sewerage pipe network and connect with city network; it built road inside the area of 79km of the total length and formed the traffic radiating in all directions; it opened three bus lines.
