Jingyue Development Area has advantaged resources advantage and its ecological environment is in the top place in China . The altitude of Jingyue Lake is from 220m to 385m . Its climate is temperate zone semi-dampness monsoon climate zone. The artificial forest area inside the area is 100 square kilometers, forming a particular artificial forest scene and complete forest ecological system with more than thirty tree species including red pines, scrub pines, cinnamon pines and larches. It is on the top of Asia and rare in the world. The water district area is 4.3 square kilometers.
