ChangchunTaxationCollege, with the economics and management as its main courses, is an advanced comprehensive institute of finance and economy, and it has courses on legal science, literature, science and engineering and so on. The college is located in ChangchunCity, which is a famous historical and cultural center in the northeast of China. Changchun, the capital of JiinProvince, is well-known as the SpringCity of North; it is warm in summer and cold but with beautiful snow in winter, so it is a good place to study.
The predecessor of college is Jilin College of Finance and Trade. In 1992, it was subordinated to the State Administration of Taxation, and its name was changed to ChagchunTaxationCollege. At present, the college bought a place of 126 acres in the beautiful Jingyue Lake Tourist Development Area, and planned to build a new modern campus according to the national standards of comprehensive universities of finance and trade.

NortheastNormalUniversity, a famous university of higher learning, is a main-constructed university of National 211 Project, directly under Ministry of Education. The school is situated in Changchun, a beautiful city in northern China. The main campus is on the middle sect of Renmin Street, while Jingyue campus is in the scenic Jingyue Lake Tourist Development Area. The whole school takes up an area of 1.5 million square meters, of which 700 thousand is occupied by Jingyue campus.

College of Humanities & Information of Changchun University of Technology was founded in 1999 under the permission of Jilin Provincial Committee of Education, and in 2004, it was taken as the independent college held by ordinary college by the Ministry of Education, and then it became an ordinary college which can recruit students of higher-learning independently. The college is located in the Jingyue Lake Tourist Development Area, named as The Largest Plantation in Asia; and it covers an area of 268.5mu.
